Consolidated Risk Inc. Have commenced EHS support for the HESS Pony Project, a new floating deep water production facility for the Gulf of Mexico. CR have been engaged to manage all EHS related activities associated with the production of the safety study program and Safety Case Documents. CR look forward to working closely with Hess over the next 24 months to ensure a successful project.

Consolidated Risk are pleased to announce a new relationship with Lloyds Register North America as an expert consultant to their risk consulting group.

After a successful project supporting the HSE program for BHP Billiton Shenzi TLP (deep water GOM) CR have transitioned into the Installation Hook- & Commissioning phase supporting the Operations team, providing operational readiness support. CR have also developed the Shenzi Emergency Response Plan and other supporting documentation for operations including development of the Installation Performance Standards. As a ‘key service provider’ CR look forward to a continued role in support of the Shenzi project through to first oil in early 2009.

RIG SUPPLY SERVICES US Inc.

RSS US have recently completed an upgrade to the pipe handling systems for the Transocean Amathyst Drill Rig. The project involved working closely with HAMPCO the main contractors to supply IS & Ex enclosures and equipment to replace the pipe handling control system. Due to limitations on physical space RSS US designed, fabricated installed and commissioned a 24 v intrinsically safe control system, thus eliminating the need for bulky Ex rated instrumentation. www.rssusservices.com

RISK SAFETY SYSTEMS US Inc.

Risk Safety Systems have been awarded a contract to supply four integrated escape chute systems, these are to provided to a ship building company based in Singapore, these units are designed to store in a vertical position and are fully integrated with the liferafts.

RSS recently completed a permit to work system for Atwood Oceanics. The system was designed by RSS and Atwood utilizing a 60 x 36” display board screen printed with the rig layouts at all deck levels, allowing the operator to use a magnetic tag system to identify areas under permit.

RSS were recently awarded a contract by Marathon Oil to design fabricate and supply 316 Stainless Steel T -Card Muster Station Display Cabinets. www.risksafetysystems.com
